New PR

2 of them actually.  So I decided to do some cardio before Bodyworks class.  The class is more for strength training so I figured I could get a run in before then and be fine.  I decided to run the first mile as fast as I could without stopping.  This is where I ended up.
Yep...That's a full 38 seconds off my previous fastest time for a mile.  I'll take it.  I still had time to kill after that so I did another mile...just walking...

Then came the Bodyworks class.  She changed it up a bit with walking lunges and squats and push ups and almost a full 20 minutes on abs.  Pretty early on, I was wishing I hadn't did the cardio before hand but I survived and even saw a new PR...88 girl pushups.  VERY close to my goal of 100!

So good workouts yesterday...makes me feel good!  :)  I've got spin tonight...bring it on!

Eating was just so/so but it wasn't TERRIBLE so I'll take that as well.

Thats a whole wad of pushups you are doing there. Keep it up and the earth will start to bounce and we'll get sea sick.
